About

Sometimes, when I'm not busy Obama administration fan-girling or being a full time student, I bake things. These are those things.

Watergate Salad
There is no kind way to photograph Watergate Salad. I tried. And if you find this delightful green blob of mush unappealing I do apologize. But looks are deceiving and this retro little dish is perfectly tasty AND kitschy which is why I love it.
You’ll need:*16oz of cool whip, thawed*1 small can crushed pineapple*2 small boxes of Pistachio Pudding, or one big one*a few handfuls of mini marshmallows
Drain pineapple. Dump the powdered pudding into your thawed cool whip, add pineapple and marshmallows. Mix well. Serve chilled.
