Libbys Recipe: Mini Pumpkin Whoopie Pies
It seems I’m making my way through the entire Libby’s arsenal of recipes this Autumn. Some recipe sites can be a little dicey but this one has yet to fail me, especially on the pumpkin front. This was another total win. My only advice is to double the amount of Cream Cheese Frosting, there are so many pies, you’ll need the extra.
